Governance
Lifeline Loddon Mallee is a company limited by guarantee, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who provide strategic direction, governance and financial oversight.
Directors are appointed according to the constitution and the Annual General Meeting, following a recruitment process based on skill set and experience.
Lifeline Loddon Mallee is a registered charity with Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and our members also contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation by participating in key decision-making.

Our services, training & self-led support

- Crisis support – providing compassionate, immediate support for people experiencing distress through out 13 11 14 Call Centres in Mildura and Bendigo.
- Community – through on going engagement and our dedicated Disaster Recovery & Critical Incident Team.
- Awareness & Training – increasing understanding of mental health, wellbeing and suicide prevention by building the skills and confidence of individuals, workplaces and communities to recognise and respond to people in need.
- Counselling – We offer accessible, short-term counselling for people across the Loddon Mallee, including EAP.
We support people experiencing a wide range of challenges, including:

- Suicidal thoughts or attempts
- Personal or family crisis
- Anxiety and depression
- Loneliness or isolation
- Abuse, trauma or grief
- Stress related to work, relationships or life pressures
We also provide information and support for friends, families and carers who are concerned about someone they love.
