Counselling

We offer fair fee, short-term counselling for the Loddon Mallee.

You don’t need a referral. Our counsellor offers brief, focused support to help you navigate grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship stress and life changes.

Sessions can be in person or online, depending on what works best for you and no mental health plan or referral is required.

We also offer local Employment Access Programs (EAP) to a number of local businesses, who provide ongoing support to their staff, keeping them safe and well.

Training & Education

Lifeline’s training includes a suite of programs aimed at educating community members to be able to help people in times of crisis.

Our trainers deliver evidence based and community valued programs to help people recognise, respond and refer when someone may be experiencing poor mental health, suicidality, or domestic violence.

DR CIRT

Disaster Recovery and Critical Incident Response Team Program (DR CIRT)

Lifeline Loddon Mallee provides on the ground support to communities across the Loddon Mallee in response to critical incidents, localised disasters and other emergencies.

This may include rapid response during natural disasters, emotional first aid during community emergencies and localised support initiatives when the region is impacted.

This program deploys a team of qualifed staff and accredited volunteers to support people and communities following a critical incident or tragic death.
