Dr Naomi Malone

Board Director

Naomi’s journey with Lifeline began more than 30 years ago as a volunteer, making her Board appointment a meaningful return to where it all started.

Now a Counselling Psychologist, clinical supervisor, academic and consultant, Naomi has spent more than two decades working across rural mental health, psychological therapy, supervision, education and workforce development. For ten years, she founded and led A Life Simply Lived Psychology, a rural multidisciplinary practice in the Mallee, providing psychological services while supporting the development of early-career clinicians and a strong, collaborative rural mental health workforce.

Naomi is passionate about creating systems in which people feel seen, understood and supported. She brings to the Board extensive clinical, supervisory and leadership experience, alongside a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, psychological safety and compassionate, person-centred care.
